Crouching Tiger Martial Arts is a mixed martial art with aspects from Polynesian Kenpo and Shaolin Kenpo. Our instructors have backgrounds in Hawaiian Kenpo and American Polynesian Shaolin Kenpo.

We believe in self-improvement and humility. We want our students to be able to smile from within and project it out into confidence and develop the work ethic and dedication necessary to become successful individuals.

CTMA teaches our students to be self-aware to avoid violence but provides them with the skills necessary to defend themselves.
Our style revolves around the four ranges of fighting to develop well rounded martial artists prepared for any situation.
